We are looking for a Regional Communications Coordinator to lead and coordinate strategic communications across the Eurasia and North Africa (ENA) region.
In this role, you will lead on strategic communications engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to support and grow the work of Tearfund in ENA. This role will primarily focus on meeting ENA region communications priorities, while implementing communication strategies and plans to fulfil the Global Fundraising and Communications (GFC) group content requirements.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Degree in a relevant or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in communications (e.g. copywriting, editing, filming, photography, media, PR, digital)
- Strong experience in writing and producing high-quality communication content in English
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) across teams or countries
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and across diverse, multicultural teams
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards in communication outputs

Note: This role will be based in one of our ENA countries: Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Pakistan or Syria. Must demonstrate ability to travel across the geographical region. Applicants must possess a valid passport/visa stating the right to live and work in the country.
