Job location: Syria (Damascus, Rural Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Daraa, Quneitra, Latakia, Deir Ezzor, Raqqa, and Idlib.)
Volunteers will provide operational and administrative support to the Shifa Campaign by facilitating patient file management, documentation, communication with hospital departments, and ensuring that all required paper and electronic records are completed accurately and on time.
1. Facilitate movement between hospital departments and maintain effective communication with hospital staff to support campaign activities.
2. Retrieve patient medical files related to the Shifa Campaign from the relevant hospital departments.
3. Scan patient files and upload all required documents to the designated KoBo platform.
4. Obtain discharge consent forms and any other required consent documents from beneficiaries or their family members.
5. Follow up and ensure completion of all required paper documentation, including GRN signatures and other campaign forms.
6. Ensure all documents are complete, organized, and submitted according to campaign procedures.
7. Report any missing documentation or operational issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
8. Support the campaign team with additional administrative and logistical tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
9. Coordinate with hospital focal points to ensure timely collection and submission of all required campaign documentation.
1. University student or graduate, preferably in a medical or health-related field.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to move between hospital departments efficiently.
4. Basic computer skills, including scanning documents and uploading files.
5. Ability to organize documents accurately and maintain confidentiality.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Previous experience with NGOs or healthcare settings is an advantage.
