Job Title: Doctor

Job location: Syria / Kansafra PHC

Report to: Facility Admin Officer

Job Style : Part Time 50%

JOB SUMMARY

Providing essential services in general medicine, conducting necessary examinations, making diagnoses, administering medical treatments to patients, caring for them, offering medical consultations, prescribing medication, and determining

appropriate treatment based on examination results, or referring the patient to another specialized physician when necessary.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Requesting the necessary clinical investigations and examinations.

2. Referring to the patient when needed and when it is not possible to treat him to a specialist doctor.

3. Follow up on emergency situations and first aid.

4. Strengthen preventive programs and health education.

5. Participate in the process of education and continuous medical development.

6. Provide the necessary medical advice to patients.

7. Provide the necessary health awareness tips for patients.

8. Give prescriptions or medical investigations necessary for patients.

9. Monitoring, follow-up and reporting of epidemic diseases and their spread in the community.

10. Nursing training.

11. Conducting medical follow-up for patients attending the clinic.

12. Performing any other task assigned to him within the mobile clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Should have the following skills, education, and experience:

1.Bachelor's degree in medicine

2. Experience of at least 3 years

3. Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.

4. Problem-solving skills

5. Empathy skills

6. Critical thinking skills

7. Written and verbal communication skills

8. Stress tolerance
