الدراسة: العدالة للإعلاميين في سوريا – فرص وتحديات تضمين المحاسبة على الجرائم المرتكبة بحق الصحفيين والإعلاميين ضمن مسارات العدالة الانتقالية في سوريا.

المركز السوري للإعلام وحرية التعبير (SCM) مؤسّسة مدنيّة مستقلة غير حكومية وغير ربحية تعمل على بناء مجتمع يضمن حرية التعبير وحقوق الإنسان والعدالة.

المهام الرئيسية:

• المساهمة في تطوير أدوات البحث بالتنسيق مع الباحث/ة الرئيسي/ة
• إجراء مقابلات فردية مع صحفيين وإعلاميين وخبراء وجهات معنية
• تنفيذ الاستبيانات وجمع الردود ومتابعتها
• توثيق المقابلات وتفريغها وتنظيمها وفق المعايير المتفق عليها
• إعداد تقارير ميدانية دورية والمساهمة في تحليل النتائج
• الالتزام بمبادئ السرية والحماية وأخلاقيات البحث

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة جامعية في الإعلام أو العلوم الاجتماعية أو القانون أو مجال ذي صلة
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في البحث الميداني أو جمع البيانات النوعية
• خبرة في إجراء المقابلات والاستبيانات
• معرفة بالسياق السوري وقضايا الإعلام وحقوق الإنسان
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على بناء الثقة مع المشاركين
• القدرة على التنقل داخل سوريا عند الضرورة

Call for Applications: Field Researcher

Study: Justice for Media Professionals in Syria – Opportunities and Challenges of Including Accountability for Crimes Committed Against Journalists within Transitional Justice Processes in Syria.

Syrian Center for Media and Freedom of Expression (SCM) is an independent non-governmental non-profit organization working to build a society that guarantees freedom of expression, human rights, and justice.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to developing research tools in coordination with the principal investigator
• Conduct individual interviews with journalists, media professionals, experts, and relevant parties
• Administer surveys and collect responses
• Document, transcribe, and organize interviews according to agreed standards
• Prepare periodic field reports and contribute to analysis of preliminary results
• Adhere to principles of confidentiality, protection, and research ethics

Requirements:

• University degree in media, social sciences, law, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in field research or qualitative data collection
• Experience in conducting interviews and questionnaires
• Knowledge of the Syrian context and issues related to media and human rights
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with participants
• Ability to travel within Syria when necessary
