MEAL Coordinator — Syria

Solidarités International seeks a MEAL Coordinator (national position) to lead the consortium-wide MEAL and Information Management strategy in Syria, based in Damascus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the consortium-wide MEAL & IM strategy
• Harmonize MEAL tools, indicators, and reporting templates across partners
• Oversee data consolidation, analysis, and visualization for reporting
• Lead data quality assurance processes and compliance with ethical standards
• Coordinate evaluations and promote evidence-based decision-making
• Provide technical guidance and capacity building to partner teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
• 3-4 years humanitarian sector experience with 3-4 years in a similar MEAL coordinator position
• Very good proficiency in Excel; strong KoboToolbox knowledge
• Data collection, analysis, and interpretation expertise
• English and Arabic required
