NTS/EORE Team Leader — Aleppo

DRC seeks a Non-Technical Survey / EORE Team Leader to lead mine action education and survey activities in Aleppo, Syria, with country-wide travel. 12-month contract renewable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the EORE team; develop work plans and conduct regular briefings
• Plan and personally conduct Explosive Ordnance Risk Education activities in operational areas
• Ensure compliance with IMAS standards and DRC procedures
• Compile and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on activities and beneficiary data
• Serve as primary field-level contact with local authorities and community leaders
• Manage team logistics, safety briefings, and equipment

Requirements

• Background expertise in humanitarian mine action and EORE
• EORE course certificate required; previous experience as HMA team leader
• Higher or secondary education; team leader and basic management course certificates
• Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in MS Office
