Protection Assistant — Northwest Syria
About this Role
Relief International seeks a Protection Assistant to implement protection activities in Women and Girls Safe Spaces in Kafr Nobol, Idleb, Northwest Syria.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement protection activities in Women and Girls Safe Spaces, managing beneficiary registration and service guidance
- Handle case management and ensure data on beneficiaries is collected and stored in line with the principles of safety and confidentiality
- Conduct awareness-raising, psychosocial support, and life skills sessions
- Perform protection monitoring and safety audits
- Coordinate across Health, GBV, and PSS teams
Requirements
- Degree in social work, education, or related field
- Two years' protection implementation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic are essential
- Good English language skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in resource-limited settings
