Fondazione CESVI seeks a Grants & Programme Manager to serve as the primary programme focal point in Syria, reporting to the Head of Mission for Lebanon and Syria.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AICS and demining projects, ensuring timely submission of high-quality reports
- Coordinate with national and international partners and oversee donor relations
- Supervise local staff and manage project budgets
- Develop new project initiatives and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies
- Represent CESVI in coordination forums and with national authorities
Requirements
- University degree in International Relations, Humanitarian Assistance, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience including full project cycle management and donor reporting
- Sectoral experience in Protection, Education, WASH, and Livelihoods programming
- HR management experience with national staff
- Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge and prior Syria experience are strong assets
