About this Role

Fondazione CESVI seeks a Grants & Programme Manager to serve as the primary programme focal point in Syria, reporting to the Head of Mission for Lebanon and Syria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AICS and demining projects, ensuring timely submission of high-quality reports
  • Coordinate with national and international partners and oversee donor relations
  • Supervise local staff and manage project budgets
  • Develop new project initiatives and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies
  • Represent CESVI in coordination forums and with national authorities

Requirements

  • University degree in International Relations, Humanitarian Assistance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience including full project cycle management and donor reporting
  • Sectoral experience in Protection, Education, WASH, and Livelihoods programming
  • HR management experience with national staff
  • Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge and prior Syria experience are strong assets
