Receptionist – Women and Girls Safe Space
About this Role
Relief International seeks a Receptionist to support the protection team at a Women and Girls Safe Space (WGSS) in Deir ez-Zor (Kisra area).
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and beneficiaries and provide a warm, inclusive, and confidential environment
- Register beneficiaries and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all beneficiary information
- Coordinate with protection staff to facilitate smooth service delivery
Requirements
- University degree in Sociology, Social Work, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress, conflict-affected environments
- Fluent Arabic; English and Microsoft Office proficiency are an asset
