About this Role

Relief International seeks a Receptionist to support the protection team at a Women and Girls Safe Space (WGSS) in Deir ez-Zor (Kisra area).

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and beneficiaries and provide a warm, inclusive, and confidential environment
  • Register beneficiaries and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all beneficiary information
  • Coordinate with protection staff to facilitate smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • University degree in Sociology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress, conflict-affected environments
  • Fluent Arabic; English and Microsoft Office proficiency are an asset
